We collect your personal data, which you provide voluntarily in the booking form, during telephone contact or by accepting “cookies”, for the purpose of: responding to inquiries sent using the booking form, handling holiday home bookings, registering on our mailing list, sending our offers in the following scope:

Partners:

We may collect your personal data from some of our partners who register your booking on their own websites and may or may not charge a booking fee.

These partners include online accommodation comparison or search engines such as Booking.com, Expedia, Kayak, Google Hotels Ads, TripAdvisor, Skyscanner or Trivago, as well as travel agents.

They may collect and send us the data necessary for your booking.

These partners collect certain information on their own behalf and in their own databases, to which we do not have access. For the purposes of this processing, our partners process the Personal Data you provide to them as data controllers. We therefore recommend that you read their privacy policies to understand how and why they process the Data you provide to them, and in particular to be able to exercise your rights in relation to them.

Social media: social connect

When booking a holiday home with us, you have the option of providing us with the necessary personal data via your Facebook, Instagram or Google account.

In this case, we become the recipient and controller of this personal data in connection with your booking. We will be able to implement any request to exercise your rights.

However, Facebook, Instagram and Google remain responsible for the processing of your Personal Data for the purposes they determine on their own behalf (e.g. managing your email, managing your personal page, etc.). In order to effectively exercise your rights regarding this part of the processing of your Personal Data, please refer to their privacy policies and contact them directly.

Necessary activities in the area of ​​marketing and prospecting:

1) we can send you our offers, tailored to your profile, display targeted advertisements, also on your social media pages (offers from Adamówka Rewal),

2) we can pass on e-mail addresses to our specialized subcontractors (e.g. Facebook, Mailerlite) to help us find potential customers with a profile similar to yours, who are likely to be interested in our services. 2. Related to handling the booking of a holiday home – 1 year from leaving the cottage

3. Related to registration on our mailing list – 14 months from the last interaction with us

4. Sending our offers – 14 months from the last interaction with us

What rights do you have to your data?

Right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and right to data portability (in accordance with the provisions of Art. 15 to 21 of the GDPR Regulation.)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority.

If our processing of Personal Data requires your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

How do we protect your data?
